Meet Allison Miles

Allison Miles is the Director of Operations and Business Development at the headquarters in Bozeman, MT.

Allison came to Fay with a vast knowledge of property management, having owned and operated the leading property management company in Moab, Utah, for five years. Allison attended Northern Arizona University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality & Business Management with minors in Art History, Spanish, and Economics. An explorer at heart, Allison lived in Ambergris Caye, Belize before returning to her home state of Montana for her most recent adventure. She has called Bozeman home since September 2016 and has embraced the community and a newfound passion for CrossFit. As with any challenge, she is excited to embrace her Director of Operations and Business Development role and looks forward to the relationships she will build in the Fay Team.
