Last week, the Fay Rural Community Foundation hosted our annual Clay Shoot, and we are still smiling from the memories made! Despite the steady rain, every single one of our 66 registered shooters showed up, ready to enjoy the day and support rural communities. That kind of commitment speaks volumes about the spirit of our friends and partners.

The weather didn’t dampen the fun one bit. In fact, it seemed to add to the camaraderie. The sound of laughter carried across the course as shooters enjoyed the competition, shared stories, and cheered one another on. After the shoot, we gathered for a hearty BBQ, swapping highlights of the day over delicious food and good company.

Events like this are more than just a day of fun; they are a testament to the power of community. By showing up in the rain, you showed up for rural America. Every registration, every sponsor, and every round fired represents a commitment to strengthening rural healthcare, education, and youth initiatives.

We could not have done this without the generous support of our sponsors. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Beartooth Group, our Big Shot Sponsor, and to Montana Fence, our Sharpshooter Sponsor. Your investment made this event possible and ensures that our work in rural communities continues to grow and thrive.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, and supported this year’s Clay Shoot. Together, we’re making a lasting difference in the lives of rural families across the country.

If you had a great time this year, we’d love for you to join us again next year. If you missed out, don’t let it happen twice! Stay tuned for details, and plan to bring a friend (or a whole team) to be part of the fun and the impact.

Thank you for being part of this unforgettable day and for standing with us in our mission.
