Administrative Fee Schedule

Administrative fees help support the work of the Fayetteville Community Foundation. The following schedule shows the fees for endowed and non-endowed funds.

Field of Interest Endowments	1%
Donor Advised Endowments	1%
Non-Profit Endowments	1/2%
Scholarship Endowments	2%
Non-endowed Funds	% of Contributions
Distribution Funds	2%
Scholarship Funds	5%
Special Project Funds	10%

Administrative fees are deducted from the income of each fund and assessed monthly as follows:

• Endowments – market value at previous month’s end times fee % divided by 12
• Non-endowments – contributions received during the month times fee %

• Minimum Fee – Special Project Funds will be assessed a minimum annual fee of $500.00. All other funds will be assessed a minimum annual fee of $50.00.
• Set Up Fee – All funds will be accessed a one time set up fee of $150.00.

Exceptions

Exceptions to the fee schedule must be authorized by the FCF Board of Directors when new funds are established. Fees for funds with considerable assets may be negotiated lower. A higher fee will be negotiated for funds with an increase in workload and considerable contributions and/or grants.
